An Upcoming Sony Flagship
After
the amazing result of Sony Xperia Z2 (qualitatively of course) we are almost
ready to hear from the next big thing i.e. the Sony Xperia Z3 at the IFA 2014
in Berlin next month. Not knowing the specs of the device we are looking at the
bigger brother of the Z2 with the specs squeekingly close to the former. I
guess Sony are considering a Six-month release cycle a Hit but the image that their
sales numbers show is complete irony.
Peeking
into some of the specs of this Gun, we have a 5.1”, 1080p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon
800 CPU with Adreno 330 GPU, 3 gigs of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. It
rolls a 19 MP Camera in the rear while a 2MP on front. Touching the dimensions,
we get 146.46 x 72.09 x 7.3 mm of the Sony materials which looks down to S5,
the LG flagship G3 and the HTC one M8. Despite of these sufficient dimensions
we get to use a 0.4 inch shorter display which clearly implies that we get to
hold inevitably sufficient big bezels....!
Sony
holds a conference in about 3 week time on September 3. We possibly will be
having a glance at the Xperia Z3 and the young bro Xperia Z3 compact and
possibly a clean hand on their camera lenses QX10 and QX100.
